Samir studied engineering for two years at Worcester Polytechnic Institute before earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2004.
Experience
Samir built a 15-year career in Plastics Engineering. During this time, he also successfully owned and managed multiple commercial properties and a liquor store business. In 2019, he transitioned to focus full-time on the liquor store business, expanding his portfolio to seven stores and acquiring several commercial retail plazas over the next four years.
Leveraging his entrepreneurial success, Samir began assisting friends and family in acquiring similar businesses and investment properties. This new venture proved highly successful, leading him to fully transition into commercial real estate. Over the past five years, he has increased his personal commercial real estate portfolio by 500% and helped numerous friends and family members generate additional investment income. Samir is now dedicated to utilizing his extensive resources and experience to provide exceptional service to all his clients.
Accomplishments
Samir successfully acquired several commercial properties at auction, subsequently leasing them to a national client.
He also demonstrated a keen eye for opportunity by flipping multiple short-sale and foreclosure properties for a profit.
PERSONAL
Samir live in Franklin, MA with his wife Kinjal & his two boys Krishiv 14 years old and Riyan 12 years old. Besides work, He enjoys watching sports with the boys and travelling.
