Terms

Rules and Regulations

Music played, instrumentally or recordings, within the individual units must remain at a volume not to diminish another units ability to enjoy quiet, and all volumes should be lowered by 10pm in the evenings. If a pet has been approved for inclusion in the rental agreement, that pet must be leashed at all times in the common areas and any sounds made by pet must not violate the same conditions of the music policy, noted above. The owner must provide verification that the pet is up to date on all veterinarian care and vaccinations. The owner is responsible for all damage done by the pet and must clean up after pet. Pets are not allowed to use any interior common areas for the purpose of relieving itself. Any violations of the terms of these rules provides for immediate termination of lease or removal of pet. If a tenant has been found to have falsified any information contained or answered in the above questions it could result in immediate termination of lease, under terms provided by law.

I am aware that the building has a criteria that has been requested for all tenants by the landlord. Applications that do not provide all of the information required may be considered incomplete and no action taken. Prospective tenants will be required to provide papework for the purpose of verification of supplied items. The tenant is aware that the landlord, management or agent may search public evictions records to verify past residency. Prior landlords may be called as part of the process.

Broker Rental Disclosure

By completing this application it does not constitue an agency relationship, unless otherwise is agreed to in writing by the parties. All prospective tenants that have been introduced to the property by another agency, other than Parkway Real Estate LLC are responsible for any compensation to that agency. Parkway Real Estate LLC may collect an additional fee from tenant. Parkway Real Estate LLC may facilitate the delivery of funds to the owner as necesary.

The applicant authorizes the Renting Agency, Landlord, or Management Company to obtain or cause to be prepared a consumer credit report relating to the applicant if one is not self supplied.
