our 5 step BUYING process

Step 1 – Initial Meeting

After we connect briefly to ensure it’s a fit, we schedule a more formalized meeting for a quick crash course on what’s to come. We take the time to educate you long before you’re popping in to open houses.

Step 2 – Pre-Approval

If you’re not already pre-approved, we help you get you there! We have rockstar lenders and mortgage professionals at the ready to get you connected so you feel totally supported.

Step 3 – We Look at Homes Together

In the interest of transparency, we want you to see what we see – from our agent lens. Once we know what you’re pre-approved for (and what budget you have in mind), we set you up in MLS so you can have a feed delivered to your inbox every day with potential homes. Then, we visit open houses and schedule property tours!

Step 4 – Offers & Negotiations

We assist with negotiating, making sensible offers, and referring a great home inspector and other professionals once your offer is approved. Consider us your home-buying team providing support offer to closing.

Step 5 – Closing

We provide advice and support throughout the process to ensure a smooth close. Relationships never end at the closing table – you can consider us your real estate teammates for life!
