In a recent article in the Globe, the headline (see above) would have readers believe that real estate is in a slump and would continue through Spring. Of course, they hedged their statement by adding the word “may” in the title though it didn’t quite register. The subtitle stated that a mild spring was ahead.. and boy, were they wrong.
